A little sermon series ideas

I know some aren’t fans of sermon series…. but I am. I had a really good conversation with a friend of mine on the topic of sermon series ideas. We swapped stuff back and forth, but here are some ideas I had…

1) a 5 week study on the 5 Solas of the Reformation
1 – Sola Scriptura (Scripture alone)
2 – Sola Fide (Faith alone)
3 – Sola Gratia (Grace alone)
4 – Solus Christus (Christ alone)
5 – Soli Deo Gloria (Glory to God alone)

2) A 2 week study on the book of Titus
1 – The Importance of Solid Doctrine (Titus 2:1-15)
2 – Idol and True Worship (Titus 3:3-7)

3) A 4 week study on the application of Love
1 – Love in Motion (1 Corinthians 13:4-7)
2 – The Gospel is love (1 John 4:3-12)
3 – No Fear in Love (1 John 4: 13-19)
4 – Love like Jesus (Ephesians 1:1-2, 15-17)
